Everything works. It only appears when the power's shut off. I'm just assuming there's no power running to the video card, right?

Also, right before the Windows XP load up screen, "RGB No Input Signal." Why does that appear?

Chances are that the video repost sequence in your motherboard's BIOS is taking a "long" time, or rather, longer than the signal timeout on the sensor line of the display, which is why you see the message for a fraction of a second.

My vid card reposts pretty fast and I only see this message on the 920 PRO DVi when the power supply to the box is off. :)
