Coax to ethernet adapter

Hello,

I want to entend my home network from my hous 500 feet to another building. Is there a ethernet-coax converter i can put on both ends of the coax to do this?

Check this passive Ethernet over coax adapter from Dualcomm, it claims a transmission distance of 1000 feet over a coaxial cable at 100Mbps.
