I have a TP-Link wireless router connected to a DLink Modem with the phone line(adsl) connected which works fine...can I connect another wireless modem router to that setup to get wireless in a sleepout of the same phoneline.

You can chain routers LAN to WAN endlessly, if that's what you're asking.

[router #1](lan)<-- wire -->(wan)[router #2](lan )<-- wire -->(wan)[router #3]

However, it must be a router, not a modem+router. A modem+router doesn't expose a WAN port (it's internally connected to the modem) and therefore can't participate in the chain.
