I installed a trio of DEQ 2496's and one of them developed a problem in
the right main output; if it had been an SR gig I could have moved to
the Aux output which kept working properly. My note to Behringer support
of trouble in the field resulted in a replacement unit being shipped to
me almost immediately. I had the new unit in hand in less than 24 hours.
I don't have time right now to properly comment on the DEQ2496, though I
admit that so far I am impressed with its performance. But I can't
overlook the _right-on-top-of-it_ support I have received. That, to me,
is one of the most important aspects of a manufacturer's behavior, and
in this case my confidence in Behringer USA is strongly enhanced by
their handling of my problem.
