My network has four computers two are running Windows 7 and Windows Vista via wireless interface. A XP machine and a windows 7 machine are using wired NICs. The Router is a Cisco EA4500. The Windows 7 machine shows a network connection at 1GBPS. The Windows XP SP3 machine was running at 1 GBPS until I lost my ISP for a short time and connected a Lynksys EA2500 wireless USB interface. When the ISP was restored I disabled the EA2500 but since have not be able to get 1GBPS out of the NIC. I have upgraded the NIC to a new Linksys EG1032 V5 Instant GB NIC and disabled the NVDIA nForce Newtork Controller. Nothing seems to work. Any suggestions? I swapped out the cables with know good ones and it did not work either.
