I just bought the Inspire™ T7700 7.1 speaker system. The knowledge base on the creative.com site doesn't work. I selected my region/country (america). Then I pressed "go" the same page appears. Does anyone know why it doesn't work?

I have the audigy 2 zs platinum pro card. I'm pretty sure I connected the 7.1 speakers correcly. BUT when I calibrate from THX setup console and the rr and sr speakers sound at the same time, same for left side. And I hear a mufled sound twice. 2 channels are not sounding properly. Anyone knows why?



Also the remote doesn't work and creative told me to update my bios and change to another pci slot. Maybe if I do this it will fix my speakers problem. Does anyone know?
