I'm buying LCD - PLZ HELP!!!

Hi, i'm buying lcd panel and read quite something availabe but i'm bit confused, so i'd need help to clear some things. here i go.

1) Main thing why i go for lcd are eyes. Is there difference between models or it doesnt matter what model?

2) I need really good sharp image with good colors for webdesign/dtp - photoshop/quarkxpress/corel and also i'd like to play games (quake3) and video on it.

Currently I decided for a HyDis panel - based on review here - as Hercules 920 monitor is not available here i'd like to ask if Acer AL1731 have the very same panel as the one in review. Does anyone on-hand experience with this display ? I'd like to know how good is the interpolation for example as i'd like 1024x768 resolution on it. Is it still clear and suitable for DTP ?

Any experiences with BenQ 767 ?

Any recommendations for other monitors that wud suit my needs greatly appreciated !!!
