Set up Network location issues

Hi, I have recently discovered that I can connect my Nokia E66 to my laptop via USB cable, open Nokia suite, and connect my laptop to the internet through it. But the problem is every time I connect, my laptop, which is running on windows 7, tells me to set-up network location (private, public, etc.). Please help, its annoying.

That is just normal Windows behavior, and the only way to get around it is to leave your phone attached all the time. . .
