System_service_exception

Bought a new laptop about a week and a half ago and yesterday I started to the blue screen and it'd say system_service_exception. I don't know enough about computer to fully understand how to fix this. I ran whocrashed and here's the report I got. Any help I can get on this I would love.

What was installed recently? Driver update? New software?
