Join me conferencing echo problem

using the 'Join Me" conferencing service, some via internet and some via phone, various countries. I am the only one on the conference who does not hear an echo. (I used the Internet option to join) Some are using Internet mode and some phone mode --- they still get echo when the moderator is not in Presentation Mode. Those on phones have tried muting there phone in Discussion mode but that doesn't seem to help. Any ideas?

If anyone is on a speakerphone, that can cause that. You should also contact the company you are using.

Somecould have been on a speakerphone, but theecho could also be caused by someone using their webcam mike instead of a headset. You can close this thread.
