SVCHOST.EXE* using high memory 500k+

My computer has recently started using a high amount of physical memory, and when I check the processes it is svchost.exe using most of it. I have ran MBAM and Spydoctor and AVG in both normal and safe modes but can't seem to find out what is causing this. Any help will be most appreciated. Here are my pc specs:

Processor: I3 @550 3.2GHZ
RAM: 4GB
System: Win 7 Home Premium 64bit

If using task manager, try Process Monitor. - You may get more info under the svchost entry to help you.

This sounds like the Alureon virus to me, or more likely a memory leak, which can be a pain to fix :l
