How to get original output sound device

Hello, Can I know how to get original sound output device
I can hear the music only from front sound button but not from the external speakersThanx.

Start\Control Panel\Hardware And Sound\Manage Hardware Devices

Make sure Speakers And Dual Headphones set as default.

If what das said is not working, just uninstall the device from device manager & restart. If needed re-install audio drivers
You'll get your job done!
