i just bought a geforce2 ti, i thought i was getting a good deal but it was just a stripped down version, not retail. So now I'm stuck with a video card that has tv-out that I can't use because they didnt give me the adapter. Now this would be fine but they had to go and use some propriatary 6-pin jobbie instead of the industry standard 4-pin. I found one online at only one place and its $20.. I'm not going to pay more than a third the price I paid for the whole video card just to use the tv-out feature.
So the question is, where do i get one of these 6-pin to composite adapters for a reasonable price OR
Does anyone have the schematics for Visiontek's geforce2 TI so that I can just cut the cable off of an old mouse(ps/2 is also a 6-pin connector) and wire it to a composite cable.
