Shade: Wrath Of Angels Puzzle Jumping Help please

I just bought Shade: Wrath Of angels.
I should have read the reviews before I bought it (AUD $30).
1/ Starforce
and
2/ Jumping puzzles all the time.
I particularly hate games with jumping a la Tomb Raider, and then I
sacrificed
Full Spectrum Warrior to buy this game.
Ranting done, I would like your help in show me how to jump the first
jumping puzzle of the game, in the cave, when you got to jump across a
big room to access the stairs on the other side.
I always jumped to my death.
I know you hate cheat, but it would be great if you could also show me
how to get God mode just to skip those annoying jumping puzzles to
continue the game.
