tv wonder w/ xp

I just bought a tv wonder pci and I can't seem to get it to work with xp. I didn't even install the cd software, went straight to ATI and followed all the steps. Installed the software and drivers. Everything seems correct. However, when i go to TV all i ever get is static. Any suggestions?

If U plan on using it only on XP, well, I feel sorry for U!
I have this card for ages but it never ever work on XP so far.
Everytime when I solved 1 problem, another problem occurred. I tried so many drivers' version & method but......
My TV-Wonder right now is in somewhere in my room collecting dust!!

My advice is return it if U can or exchange for some other brand's.

Well, I did get it working after about an hour of trying different stuff. But now I have another problem. It only works after a restart. After I close it if I reopen it, the picture is scrambled. I then have to restart in order to get it working again. Anyone have any sugguestions?

XP doesn't work with ANY of my TV cards.
