I have a yellow triangle on my laptop that says I need to troubleshoot it. When I open the devices and printers and click on troubleshoot laptop I keep getting the error message 0x80070057. It says "An error occurred while troubleshooting:"

An unexpected error has occurred. The trouble shooting wizard can't continue.

Can someone please assist me with this matter?

Thank you!

Hi,

Thank you for your prompt response. However, I am using a free edition of AVG antivirus. Do you have any suggestions on an updated antivirus and a registry repair tool to fix these errors? Thanks again!

Hello again,

I gave you the wrong information. I am so sorry. I am not using AVG. I am using a free edition of AVAST antivirus. Thank you!
