HELP p2k does not see phone!!!

I have a v600, Installed MPT and it works without any problems my os is
windows ME.

p2k however does not see phone, and I can not see any files from the v600
with p2k ( while I can see Audio/Video/Pictures with MPT). I tried to play
around with "Add Hardware" and "Device Manager" with no luck. Reinstall p2k
a few times no luck. Installed USB modem drivers from moto and no luck. D/L
p2k drivers from moto also but looks like they are in the MPT folder. I am
out of ideas. I looked into HoFo and found no info.

I played around with some gain tables and seems---Oooops! Only way I was
able to fix it was with a flash lol
