I'm building a new system and was wondering is there an advantage in buying the full version of XP instead of an upgrade version?

ps. Obviously there is less work installing the full version than the upgrade.

If you own an older version of Windows you just need the upgrade. When you do a clean install
it will ask for a previous Windows CD then it will install. The full version doesn't require
a previous version.
