Asking for help

I have a PC
DELL inc,
Inspilon N5030
Processor:Intel(R)
MEMORY:10024MB RAM
HARD DISK:320GB

So, i can't be connect to the wireless connection because it doesn't display the network card and i can't see its MAC adress even when i type the command ipconfig /all. I use windows 7 profesionnal. so,I NEED HELP FROM YOU.What can i do in order to see its mac adress and be connected to the internet?

In device manager is your wireless NIC showing up?
