really confused on motorola phone

Sorry the phone is a Motorola V3682 thought I put that in there the first

Alltel around here is CDMA 800 MHz amps, 800 cdma, 1900 cdma,
I want something close to what I have now. (Startac 7868) but only a little
better.
I don't like the v60 series. and the t720 has too many bugs for me and is
still way to expensive.
