Cheap wireless? (finishing desktop build)

I'm making an i5 2500k based desktop system primarily for gaming. Online gaming is not a focus, but at some point I might dabble it in it. Would this wireless adapter work by just sticking it in the back of the box? I'd mostly use wireless for getting updates, basic surfing, and downloading software.

Love that it's so small and the price is right. Don't want to get it if it won't work or I'm overlooking something stupid. (Which I'm prone to do!)

Yeah, for basic wireless network connectivity that device will be fine.
