Belkin N+ Wireless Router won't reset or work.

Hi, My Belkin N+ wireless router that I've had for a year or so without any problems whatsoever stopped working today.
My laptop was suddenly disconnected from the internet, so I went and unplugged the power cable of the router and reconnected it. I plugged the power cable back into the router and waited 30 seconds, but it wouldn't startup. The only light was the 'wireless' one.

I have tried removing the adapter from the socket and leaving it for an hour and then plugging it back in but that didn't work. And even though it shows the wireless to be on, the SSID can't be seen. And when I try connecting it to my laptop using an Ethernet cable it doesn't connect, and therefore there isn't any way that I can access the router's ip address (192.168.2.1)

When I tried holding the reset button for 30 seconds, it didn't do anything, no flashing lights and no restart of the router.

My connection is an ADSL connection so I have an ADSL modem connected to the Belkin router.

Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks
