Contact Toshiba support. That is probably your only source of support.

If you haven't trashed the recovery partition you might be able to recover it to factory default using the F-Keys during Power-up (normally F10, F8 or F6), failing that do as po1nted suggested.

thanks but ive tried all that n it had all vanished its 0 you have to keep press in untill u have seen the windows bit come up then thats how you can do it that way but thanks 4 the advice anyway xxx
