How to protect shared folders to denie access from server

how to protect shared folders to denie access from server???
i am really in need of a software where i can share files on network but i don't want the system administrator to access those files.Any other ways to do this???
so i really need your suggestion plz...

Set rights on the folder, but a local admin account can just take ownership anyway if they know what they are doing. You can set not only file rights but share rights once you setup the share. Or encrypt the files with TrueCrypt or a similar program.

Either way, if IS or someone needs access to the files or wants to know what they are, you can't say no unless you want to get fired since you are using their equipment. And they can track network traffic anyway so they can see what you are doing.
