Dapting a wireless dongle to a LAN connection

Hello,
I am asking if my LG ( LGE-WF-100 ) wireless dongle can be adapted to communicate to my LG ( BX580 ) Blue Ray Player allowing me to provide Netflix to my TV wirelessly.

Why does wireless even come into play here? Normally you'd connect the blu-ray player to the TV inputs directly over composite, component, hdmi, whatever, and thus have anything it could deliver (including Netflix if that's a feature) on the TV. The wireless capability of each device is only for the purposes of delivery content from other sources, either local media servers or the Internet, not directly between them (if that's what you mean).
