GTA:SA glitch

Tried three times...in San Fresias (whatever, the SF place) and when Wu Zi
calls and asks you to meet him, you drive to the place he wants, then when
you get out of the car to follow him as he asks...nothing. You freeze up.
Can't move, he runs around like an idiot for ages, but you can't move. Am I
the only one?

I'm pissed...

AMD64 3500+
Realtek 6800 w/256mb
1024 Memory

Take a motorcycle instead of a car as a workaround. Happened to me a couple
of times, too.
