I currently have two WD 60GB HDD in a RAID1 configuration and would like to change this to a RAID0 configuration. Any ideas on how I can do this without loss of data ? I'm thinking of formatting one of the HDD's and rebuilding the image in RAID0 arrangement using the FastBuild utility that came with my mobo (GA-8IEXP), but will I loose data on the HDD that still contains everything else ?

Cheers,

I had a spare 8GB drive laying around, so I installed it and can schedule backups to be saved to it. Now I can go for the performance boost of RAID0 while keeping regular backups of all my data files and system files.

Seems like ghost image (or similar) is the best way to go. I was just hoping there might be a short-cut :)
