I have a "G" usb adaptor and want to replace it with an "N" adaptor, but I am unsure of the steps I need to take to achieve this, e.g. do i disconnect the "G" adaptor or do I add the "N" adaptor to another usb port ?

Thanks

Nothing would prevent you from having both installed at the same time, but it would most likely not serve any useful purpose. The installation of the wireless N adapter will create its own unique network connection, configuration, etc. So it probably makes sense to remove/uninstall the wireless G adapter and install the wireless N adapter in its place.
