I have a question about the new soyo tek motherboard that i'm going to buy here is the site http://www.soyotek.com/products/proddesc.php?id=159
and if it is compatable with the samsung pc3200 ddr 400mhz
http://www.hardcorecooling.us/product.asp?3=199

Because soyo said Compatible With
*DDR400 SDRAM is supported, but support is dependent on BIOS settings, hardware profile, and other factors, and is not guaranteed.

So if it will not run at 400mhz then will it run at a slower speed or not run at all can some1 help me.

Samsung makes quite good RAM, so I dont think it should be a problem. But I suggest that you only buy 1 stick. (E.g. go for 1*512 MB instead of 2*256 MB). Anyway if you have problem at that speed you can just relax the timing/frequency of the RAM in the BIOS. There is no problem with running fast RAM at a slower speed, except that you (obviously) dont get the full bandwidth.
