Win 7 Administrator account accidently deleted... how do I recover?

accidently i deleted my user account ,i lost my files,folder,libraries,music,videos,pics so plz help me out to restore these....

the "account" is deleted but isn't the USER files still there?

when i was working on windows 7 i deleted my user and i didn't have any more users,
your files and folders are still there in your hard drive, all you have to do is to insert your windows CD drive and repair it
