I'm looking to buy a Western Digital 80GB Special Edition w/ 8MB Cache. Should I get OEM or Retail?

The warranty is not always the same, some discount venders sell grey market drives that come from excess stocks of large OEM system builders, and such drives are not warranteed by Western Digital to the end user.
