Cant start windows

Hello,
i ran a software called soluto for reducing boot time
after restarting my laptop cant open windows it just gets stuck to windows logo screen i tried startup repair(waited for 2 hours ) , starting in safe mode , starting in last best known config nothing seems to work .it tried reinstalling windows with the cd but it again gets stuck at the logo screen .i tried installing ubuntu 12.04 even that isnt getting installed .i really cant figure out what the problem is, please suggest some thing .
i am using msi gt683dxr with raid 0 enabled .

If you can get into the bios try resetting it to factory defaults. Also you may have to reassign the raid volume.

I'd try deleting all partitions on the drive, then try installing win 7. Let the windows install create the partitions.

thanks for the suggestions , this is what i did reassigned raid volume , updated bios and tried several windows cd (guess some of them were incompatible) . finally i installed a new windows
