OMFG! I started rendering this animation on 3D S Max R4.2 yesterday, using XP, and my render times were 5x as long! wtf! This OS sucks for programs like that- it even has trouble when I drag around windows in Max! I didn't even get that on my 200Mhz under win98!

funny, doesnt do it on mine.(well i dont have xp now but it DIDNT do it, I had no major probs at all)
