Why cant i install amd catalyst driver on dell inspiron windows7

Hello,
my name is ashish. i have a dell inspiron1464 laptop with windows7 professional 32bit. 4gb ram and core i3 . i have problems in the installation of amd catalyst driver. it shows no error while installing ,but no change in the laptop after that. when i was going to uninstall it , it shows their is no ati catalyst installed. i aam confused, want ur help immediately. thanks in advance

most of the reports on this Dell laptop say it has Intel integrated graphics
which use a Intel graphics driver.
AMD (ATI) Radeon Catalyst drivers would not be any use.
Some Dell laptops have the option of AMD (ATI) Radeon Graphics chips instead of Intel
Look in Control Panel / Device Manager / Display Adapter and tell us what model graphics chip is used
