Corsair XMS or Samsung Original What to GEt?

Hey, all. Reader of Toms HD fer almost a year now and guess i thought itd be time 2 make a post, though this isant my problem thought u guys could help!

My Buddys gettin some new ram. So should he Git the corsair XMS DDR 3200 cas 2 or some ddr 2700 cas 2 samsung?

What You Think.. He does O/c but whats the best overall?
He running a Xp 2200 and a Soyo Dragon Ultra, Gf4 Ti4600.
