512 MB RIMM4200 WHEN??

Does anyone know when the 512MB sticks of RIMM4200 RDRAM will be out? If they are already out, where on earth can i buy them? These are the last damn pieces to my new computer setup and i can't find them anywhere.

Considering there is such a small market for RIMM4200, you're not likely to find a distributor carrying it at all. That's why Asus now bundles the board with one stick, but I think it's 256MB.

The 256MB sticks are easy to find, but Samsung lists the 512MB sticks on there webpage. I just can't seem to find anyone who carries the 512MB chips. I want to buy the Asus P4t533 motherboard, but i'm waiting because i want to find two 512MB chips. I don't know if samsung has produced them yet--they may be in the process. Can anyone shed any light on this??
