Need Help with 2 models of DDR RAM

I want to buy 512MB of Samsung DDR333 PC-2700. I went to newegg.com and seen these two models.

maybe the more expensive ones are cas 2?
write them an email and ask about the difference between the two.

I believe one's the DTL and the other's the CTL version. The CTL Overclocks MUCH better. I'm not positive though, check the model numbers.

I emailed them last week and they still haven't made a reply. Has anyone bought either of this RAM from newegg yet?
