How to connect printer to network switch

Hello,

can some one please help me connecting my printer on the network.

Current setup:-

I have connected one PC and a printer to the router and other 3 PCs to a 5 port switch, I can print from the PC directly connected to the modem/router but I cannot from the PC's connected to the switch.
when I ping the printer from the PC connected to router I can but I cannot ping the printer from PC connected to switch.
I have setup the printer in IP range configured in my router.
can some one please help me with this.

I assume that the switch is connected to the router? If not, it needs to be. Did you install the printer driver onto each PC you want to print from? Other than that, just make sure your printer's IP address is on the same subnet as your PC's.
