hello to you I am in a hospital room and want to connect to my email. When I put in my user name and password, the system tells me they are wrong. I have been using these same user ID and password for years. What is wrong?

lol what? Are you sure your typing it in correctly? 99% of the time when people try to login to their email they are usually typing the wrong password/ and or they have caps lock on. If you can't remember...well we can't exactly help you out there.
