Whats worth buying??

ok.. i ahve only $200 dollars to buy a Video card ..... i found a LeadTek GeForceTi 4200 128mb for only $160 retail... (w/ ViVo model #A250) and saw a GeForce 4Ti440 for 40 dollars more... is iut worth it (same brand but the Ti4200 has an overclocking tool that comes w/ it... whihch one should i go for...?????

the leadtek 128MB vivo. you can oc it to 300/300 instead of 250/250 & in some case you can go above a Ti4400 in term of performances & for an under price.
