I am relatively new to the palm platform. I want to be able to communicate
using remote software between my Treo and by PC running Windows XP. To do
this I need to identify the IP address of the client machine (the Treo).
Can someone tell me how to do this? Has anyone got this sort of
relationship working? If so, how?

I don't know if this will help exactly, since I'm sure the wireless service
uses a series of gateways and so forth, but if you go to
http://checkip.dyndns.org you'll get to see the IP address you're actually
connecting to the internet with.
