It probably will, but a Turtle Beach Santa Cruz will sound just as good or better, plus I think it's cheaper.

Actually the Turtle Beach Santa Cruz, sounds better than the Audigy Gamer does, I know this for a fact, I've got both cards. The TBSC is cheaper and will work on your M/B, and in the US Circuit City is stocking them now. Hope this helps Ryan.

Philip Accoustic Edge is better. I tried both Philip Accoustic Edge and Turtle Beach Santa Cruz on my Klipsch speaker and Pilips Accoustic Edge definitely sounds better.
