I have a TP-Link 8960N modem/router and have VoIP services from VoIPGo. I use a Cisco SPA2102 ATA. I often lose connection and have to disconnect and reconnect the power from the ATA. VoIPGo has told me to open ports 5000 to 5070 and 10000 to 20000. I've done that and the problem still persists. I tried doing it according to what I have found at http://www.voipconfig.com/forwarding.htm also and it still happens. Sometimes the connection will come back on its own but it's annoying. Has anyone ever gotten their ATA to work like this?
