System is running W2k with all the latest updates (including SP3).

I downloaded the latest updates to Nero's Burning ROM and InCD software.

Drive is an Asus CRW-4012A. The Nero software is what comes packaged with the drive.

When windows starts up the InCD software fails to load (starts up and then closes with a windows message that it performed illegal instructions or something like that). The same thing happens if I try to run it manually after Windows is fully loaded.

Any ideas? Thanks!
