Hi all,
I'm having a problem with a system I just built. Components that I use are:
- Shuttle A31 V3.1 Via KT266A
- Athlon XP 1900 processor
- 512 MB 2100 DDR memory
- etc, etc.
The mobo has integrated AC'97 sound. When I first installed the windows 2000 system, everything worked normally (the sound is normal). Also, after I updated the system (using windows update and choose every update necessary from microsoft website) and installed media player 7, everything worked normally. I even tried the web radio station and it was ok.
However, after I left it for about 2 hrs, whenever I try to listen to a cd or mp3 or web radio station, I get garbled sound other than clear music. I tried to re-install the 4-in-1 driver, but nothing changed. Can you help me?
