Hi does anybody know if ACER AL1731 has HyDis panel ? It is 20ms but does it mean that it is ? I'm totaly lost, please help.

Second question is for owners of any LCD with HyDis panel: How is the picture quality in 1024x768 in windows - in common applications - text - etc. preferably if u have experience photoshop or some other painting soft - that wud help me lot.
