I want to buy a 19 inch LCD monitor to use for CAD, 3d studio, and
Maya. After hearing about the refresh problems LCD's have with games
I'm worried about how the monitor will perform while panning,
orbiting, and animating (i won't be using games). The monitor I'm
looking at is an IBM L190P.

here are its specs -

Contrast Ratio 500:1
Dot Pitch 0.294mm
IBM Preset Modes 21
Maximum Resolution 1280 x 1024
Maximum Vertical Refresh Rate 76 Hz
Minimum Horizontal Refresh Rate 31 KHz
Slowest Vertical Refresh Rate 55 Hz
User Programmable Modes 15
Video Inputs 15 Pin D and DVI-D
Viewable image size (diagonal) inches 19.0

Does anybody have an expertise/experience in this area

thanks
lex
