Multiple disk failure: windows 7

I've created a large volume using the windows 7 disk manager raid tools.
All the drives are now coming up as "Failed".
Re-boot didn't help.
Critical data on the volume hence major concern.
Any ideas guys?

you should create raid volume by changing your sata mode to RAID
with that you will be prompted to press ctrl+i or ctrl+m to enter raid utility, create your raid volume
when you boot from windows cd windows 7 will see the raid 0 volume
