ok,I've been looking for the tube for a long time..but I still can't fine them..

This link shows a black one...

I only got those heat shrink tubes in The Lowes, but they don't have that kind of tube (or net)

In the picstures all the IDE and power supply are organized so well...

you can order the rounded IDE and Floppy cables from places like Newegg.com or wherever. Just make sure if you order the 2-connector rounded floppy cables that your computer/motherboard BIOS will be able to recognize the floppy drive while plugged in.

Otherwise, the other stuff looks like its just basically like an elastic-type covering for the power cables. A neat and clean way to keep things, but a pain in the rear to get on the cables how you want them to.

I'd just order some color tie-wraps...since they are pretty cheap and easier to work with (IMHO).
