A clock interrupt was not received on a secondary processor...

I updated my BIOS, but I'm still getting the 'clock interrupt' message (and crash)
I have an HP Pavilion e9180t.

I have the information on the motherboard, etc. - but I don't know if that is relevant. I don't know what might be important. I'm actually still under extended warranty -- but not sure how knowledgable HP support is. So I'm hoping someone here might suggest something in addition to the BIOS update.

Thanks.
Melissa

More about clock interrupt received secondary processor
  1. Hello,

If it's still under warranty I would just go ahead and send it in.
  2. RMA, bad motherboard
