A clock interrupt was not received on a secondary processor...

I updated my BIOS, but I'm still getting the 'clock interrupt' message (and crash)
I have an HP Pavilion e9180t.

I have the information on the motherboard, etc. - but I don't know if that is relevant. I don't know what might be important. I'm actually still under extended warranty -- but not sure how knowledgable HP support is. So I'm hoping someone here might suggest something in addition to the BIOS update.
